The time it takes to properly stage a furnished home and make it stand out from the competition depends on its size and condition, specifically:
- 1000 to 1500 square feet/good condition – 1 day; poor condition – 2 or more days
- 1500 to 2500 square feet/good condition – 2 days; poor condition – 3 or more days
- 2500 to 4000 square feet/good condition – 2 to 3 days; poor condition – 4 or more days
- 4000+ square feet/good condition – 3 to 5 days; poor condition – 5 to 9 days
- In addition to above factors, an unfurnished home will require additional
time to account for selection, ordering, delivery, and placement of rented
furnishings and accessories
